The Bidder Must Comply With All The Requirements From The Technical Specification That Are Defined As Mandatory, Which He Will State By Filling In The Compliance Table. In The Compliance Table, The Bidder Is Obliged To Write Next To Each Request Whether It Is Compliant Or Non-Compliant With The Request. In The Remarks Column, The Bidder Must State Where In The Bid The Proof Of Said Conformity Is Found. An Offer That Does Not Meet All The Mandatory Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification Will Be Rejected By The Client.
