The Municipality Is Obliged To Deliver Exclusivity To The Awarded Company In The Premises Enabled For The Sale Of Circulation Permits In Municipal Offices And National Assets For Public Use, In The Period March 2026 - February 2028. However, The Above Is Not The Responsibility Of The Municipality To Promote The Commercial Activity Of The Contractor And It Will Be The Taxpayers Decision To Purchase Or Not The Insurance With The Company Enabled By The Municipality. As Consideration, The Successful Bidder Must Provide Enabled Modules, Computer Equipment, Real Estate, And Advertising. Complying With Each Of The Requirements Indicated In The Technical Bases.
