Social Services.2. The Aim Of The Service Is To Provide Support For Families Within The Family Club.3. Service Completion Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To April 30, 2028.4.2. Requirements Regarding The Premises1. The Place Of Delivery Of Services Is The Sułów Commune - Location Of The Social Services Center In Sułów.2. The Ordering Party Provides Rooms For The Service, Without Access To Multimedia Equipment And The Assortment And Materials Necessary To Perform The Service.4.3. Service Requirements1. The Aim Of The Service Is To Provide Specialist Support In The Form Of Specialists, In Accordance With The Diagnosed Needs Of Family Club Participants.2. As Part Of Specialist Support, The Contractor Will Provide Support From Specialists In The Following Areas: A) Psychological Support For 10 Families - The Aim Of The Service Is A Process Aimed At Improving The Functioning Of The Family As A Whole, Resolving Conflicts, Improving Communication And Building Healthier Relationships Through Family Therapy, Consultations With A Psychologist, With An Emphasis On Strengthening Bonds, Parenting Skills And Coping With Stress, Which Helps All Family Members Feel Safer And Be More Supported.
