Fn Motol – Steam Sterilizer. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply And Installation Of A Steam Sterilizer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) For The Institute Of Medical Microbiology Of The 2Nd Faculty Of Medicine Of The Uk And The Motol Faculty Of Medicine. The Subject Of Performance Is Described In Detail In The Draft Purchase Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of The Tender Documentation. The Offered Device Must Meet The Technical Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Established By The Client, To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract - Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance. The Device Must Be New, Unused, Delivered With All Accessories, Without The Need To Purchase Additional Components. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes: (I.) Installation Of The Device And Its Commissioning, Including Verification Of Its Functionality, Performance Of All Prescribed Examinations And Tests. (Ii.) Briefing/Training Of Medical Personnel Will Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized To Do So Pursuant To § 41 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices And In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (Hereinafter Referred To As Act No. 375/2022 Coll.). (Iii.) Warranty And Post-Warranty Servicing Of The Device, Which Will Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized For This Activity, Based On The Manufacturers Certificate Of Service Technician Training According To § 44–46 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll. The Contractual Relationship Between The Client And The Supplier Will Be Governed By The Purchase Agreement, Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier After Proving That All Conditions Required By The Client Have Been Fulfilled. The Scope Of Delivery Also Includes Post-Warranty Service Of The Device. The Contractual Relationship Between The Client And The Supplier Will Be Governed By The Contract For The Provision Of Service Services, Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier After Proving That All Conditions Required By The Client Have Been Fulfilled.
