Tenders are invited for : Design, Technical Consultancy, and Implementation of Water Supply Projects for Parambe - Wewathenna - Kegalle Non- Refundable Fee: 3,000.00 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Entity and may inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the same office during working days from 29.12.2025 to 20.01.2026. To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall meet the qualifications and requirements specified in the Bidding Documents. The Bid Security shall be either: (a) a cash deposit amounting to 0.5% of the Engineering Estimate (a copy of the receipt must be attached), or (b) a Bank Draft amounting to 1% of the Engineering Estimate (Direct Estimate Cost). The Bid Security must be valid for 105 days for above 5 Mn projects and 77 days for below 5 Mn projects from the bid closing date. Sealed bids shall be delivered in duplicate, with separate envelopes and the project name written at the top left-hand corner, and addressed to the place of submission on or before 22.01.2026 at 11.00 hours. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at the Plantation Human Development Trust, 427/14, Robert Gunawardane Mawatha, Battaramulla, on 07.01.2026 at 10.30 hours.
