Sirdal Municipality Shall Enter Into A Contract For A Turnkey Contract For The Renovation Of A Dorm Building At Monan, Tonstad. The Dorm Building Contains Four Cabins And One Common Area. The Contracting Authority Has Options For The Renovation Of Three Additional Dorm Buildings. The Contractual Works Will Mainly Include Hvac, Carpentry And Electro Disciplines. Students Live In Three Of The Dorm Buildings, So The Rehabilitation Must Be Carried Out Sequentially Per Building. A Contract Shall Be Signed With One (1) Turnkey Contractor For The Execution Of The Project. The Contract Will Be Carried Out And Regulated By Ns 8407:2011 General Contract Terms For Turnkey Contracts. With The Supplements And Changes In The Contract Document And Annexes.
