Tender Form For Catering Services - Tender Form for Catering Services Part-2 "A" (Financial) 2. Bed Tea to be served in each room (06:30 to 07:30 AM) Rate per cup 3. Evening Tea in the mess daily (05:30 to 06:00 PM) Rate per cup 4. Working Tea and Biscuits (sweet and savory) Rate per cup including biscuits (Biscuits will be served with working tea at 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM) 5. Breakfast daily once in the morning from 8 to 9 AM and Tea: - 1. Poha, Jalebi (100 and 50 grams respectively) 200 ml sweet milk 2. Aloo Paratha - Curd Chutney - Pickle (two parathas of 100-100 grams each and 50 grams curd) 3. Pakoras (150 grams) with tomato sauce/chutney 4. 4 pieces Idli, 2 Vada or 1 Masala Dosa, Sambar, Chutney etc. (any one) 5. 4 slices of bread, 25 grams butter, jam, 200 grams milk 6. 150 grams Poori, vegetable, pickle 7. 2 Bhatura (100 grams) with 100 grams Chhole. 8. 25 grams Corn Flakes or 100 grams Dalia, 200 ml sweet milk Note - Breakfast as per the above menu (to be provided on a rotational basis daily) 6. Regular Meals (Lunch/Dinner) 1. Soup (Tomato/Sweet Corn/Vegetable flavor) with cream crunch (150 ml) 2. Curd or Veg Raita 3. Dal (Toor/Moong/Mixed) tempered with butter or pure ghee 150 grams 4. Dry Vegetable (seasonal green) with less spices (100 grams) 5. 5. Vegetable curry with gravy, mildly spiced (100 grams) 6. Paneer (cottage cheese) curry with gravy, mildly spiced (100 grams) 7. Roti (plain, tawa, missi, tandoori, or naan with butter) (200 grams) 8. Rice (Jeera rice or vegetable pulao) (Basmati) (150 grams) 9. Papad, Pickle, Green Salad (5 types of vegetables), 10 Ice Cream, Bengali Sweets/Ras Malai/Fruit Custard/Imarti/Gulab Jamun/Seasonal Fruits - 100 grams (Ice cream 50 grams) (Any one sweet 2 pieces 50 grams) (Kheer, Halwa will not be considered in the sweet category) (Items from serial number 1 to 10 must be provided on a rotational basis/as per the daily menu) Note - 1. Tea, breakfast and regular meals will be provided regularly during the training, and the remaining items - packaged food, high tea, water, and other materials will be provided on demand as needed. 2. Availability of plain/sweet fennel seeds and toothpicks etc. will be ensured after meals/breakfast. 7 Tender Form Part-2 "B" (Financial) 8 Rate per packet (including packaging) of regular meals in packaged (airtight packing) form as per the menu mentioned in Tender Form Part-2 "A" 9 High Tea 1. Tea/Coffee (Sweet/Unsweetened) 2. 2 Samosas/4 Dhoklas/2 Kachoris/1 Patties/2 Veg Cutlets, with chutney/ketchup (any one) 3. Savory Snacks - Sev, Potato Chips, Moong Dal/Dal Moth/Dry Fruits (50 grams) (any one) 4. Sweets - Kaju Katli/Milk Cake (50 grams) (any one) (One item from each of the above must be provided as per instructions) 10 Other Food Items Plain Milk (200 ml) 11 Buttermilk/Lemonade/Jaljeera 12 Lassi (200 ml) 13 Pakoras - 100 grams 14 15. Samosa/Kachori 16. Salted Cashews (50 grams)/Pistachios/Almonds (will be provided to trainees at a subsidized rate) 17. Drinking Water: Packed RO/Mineral Water 20-liter can (with dispenser) Cold water (Bisleri or equivalent) 18. Drinking Water: Packed RO/Mineral Water 250 ml bottle (Bisleri or equivalent) 19.
