Advertised Cost=?176.33 Lacs ( Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes With 18% Gst)- 1 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the Slaughter House Processing Line in end-to-end EPC mode. The scope includes the integrated slaughter table with blood trough, carcass escalator, complete overhead rail conveyor system with in-line weighing, core processing machines (dehider, brisket saw, tripe cleaner), all operator platforms, hooks, cutlery, hygiene and cleaning stations, complete water and drainage systems, SS trolleys and inspection tables, electrical systems with MCC and earthing, ventilation, waste segregation, a 1000 kg meat chiller, auxiliary equipment for tagging, printing and stamping, and all other necessary auxiliary equipment, devices, and incidentals required for the complete, safe, and functional operation of the slaughterhouse—all delivered as a fully functional plant as per the Technical Specifications in Annexure C in SBD. 2 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a 10 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) in end-to-end EPC mode. The scope includes a complete system comprising: all necessary tanks (Equalisation, Aeration, Treated Water, Secondary Clarifier, Flocculation, Nutrient Dosing, and Primary Clarifier with polydosing) in SS/Fibre(vinyl tster resin/MS FRP; screening and filtration units (Rotary/Bar Screen in SS 304, Pressure Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, and Dual Media Pressure Filter in MS epoxy); a comprehensive aeration system with membrane-type EPDM diffusers and a floating aerator; a full pumping station with submersible, CI water, and sludge pumps (including PC Sludge Pumps 1W+1S); sludge handling equipment (Thickener and CI Filter Press); chemical dosing systems with HDPE tanks and pumps; complete instrumentation (Energy Meter, Digital Flow Meter, pH Meter); twin-lobe rotary air blowers (0.3 kg/cm²); an electrical control panel with distribution; and all interconnecting piping, valves, bio-fills, and accessories for a fully functional plant as per the Technical Specifications in Annexure C. 3 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a 0.5 KLD Blood Processing Unit (BPU) in end-to-end EPC mode. The scope includes a complete system comprising: a progressive feed pump (SS/rubber stator); an SS304 insulated blood tank with agitator; a steam-injected SS304 blood coagulator; a vibrating screen; a blood dryer with EN24 shaft and steam assembly; a hammer mill with reversible hammers; covered conveyor systems (2 units); an oil-fired electric boiler with calorific tank, air pre-heater, and FD fan; an MS chimney; a screw air compressor with receiver tank, dryer, and filter assembly; all necessary piping, fittings, gauges, and valves; and complete electrical panels with VFD drive for the blood pump—all supplied and integrated as a fully functional unit as per the Technical Specifications in Annexure C. 4 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a complete 62.5 kVA Backup Power Supply System in end-to-end EPC mode. The scope includes a CPCB IV+ compliant Silent Type Diesel Generating Set (415V, 3-Phase, 50Hz, 1500 RPM, 0.8 PF) with a turbocharged, water-cooled engine (ISO 8528 governor) and a brushless alternator with AVR (IP23, Class H insulation). The system comprises an acoustic IP65 enclosure, hospital-type silencer with catalytic converter, digital instrument panel, daily fuel tank with MS piping, and a comprehensive AMF Panel (IP42) with energy analyzer, PLC-based load management, protection relays, and BMS integration (Ethernet/RS485). This includes the supply and laying of a 3½ core 75 sq. mm armoured Aluminium XLPE cable in a trench. The job also includes: construction of an RCC platform (2.44m x 1.83m, M25/Fe500) as per IS 2974 with a 1:3 gradient ramp and a secured MS canopy with CGI roofing and wire mesh enclosure, and a dedicated earthing system per IS 3043.
