Property Management Services Of Real Estate On A Fee Or Contract Basis – Rental Marketing And Management Market For Commercial Premises Of The Idf Habitat Real Estate Portfolio. The Services Covered By This Contract Are Carried Out In Compliance With The Provisions Of Law N°70-9 Of January 2, 1970, Its Implementing Decree N°72-678 Of July 20, 1972 And The Texts Supplementing Or Modifying It. The Agent Is Responsible For The Proper Execution Of His Mission, For Which He Reports Regularly. The Agent Declares To Be Subject To The Hoguet Law And To Be Able To Provide All Of The Services Defined Below, Under Cover Of Civil And Criminal Liability Insurance, And A Guarantee Fund Covering At Least All Of The Rents, Charges And Accessories Covered By This Mandate. He Undertakes To Carry Out, In The Best Interests Of Scic Idf Habitat, All Services Necessary For The Management, Security And Proper Exploitation Of The Real Estate Entrusted Hereby.
