The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Component That Will Receive Structured Notifications From Sent And Received Electronic Invoices From Providers Of Electronic Invoicing Services For The Purpose Of Their Subsequent Real-Time Analysis And Improvement Of The Fight Against Tax Fraud. It Is A Standardized Component (So-Called C5 Within The 5-Corner Model) Within The Peppol Network, Which Will Become The Standard Transmission Network In Slovakia For The Circulation Of Electronic Invoices From 2027. The Order Consists Of The Purchase Of A License For The Use Of An Off-The-Shelf Software Solution, Its Configuration, Thorough Testing, Preparation Of The Installation Package, Training Of Users, Delivery Of User And Administrative Documentation For The System And All Other Mandatory Documents, Support For Introducing The System To Operations, And The Provision Of Operation And Maintenance Support Services And System Development Order Services For A Period Of 48 Months From The Effective Date Of The Contract. The License Also Includes All Updates That Are Necessary To Maintain Certification With Open Peppol, As Well As Perform Regular Re-Certification As Required By Open Peppol. The Overall Electronic Invoicing Infrastructure Being Prepared Will Consist Of Several Components And As A Whole Will Form A New Public Administration Information System Electronic Invoicing Infrastructure. C5 Will Be One Of The Modules Of This Information System.
