Construction Work – Execution Of Additional Works Regarding The Investment Exterior Rehabilitation Of The Town Hall Building, From The Municipality Of Miercurea-Ciuc. The Works On The Objective In Question Are Ongoing And Are Being Executed Based On The Technical Project Drawn Up By Arc Studio Srl, And The Executor Of The Work Is The Association Impex Aurora Strl (Association Leader) And Tectum Company Sa (Associate) And Arc Studio Srl (Associate). During The Execution Of The Works, A Series Of Additional Works Appeared, Their Solution Being Concretized In The Site Provisions Drawn Up By The Designer. The Additional Works Are Included In The Site Provisions Listed Below And Consist Of: Ds02 – On The Ground Floor Of The Construction, South Wing, East Side, The Institution Archive Will Be Set Up: Non-Structural Walls Will Be Demolished, The External Access Gap Existing In This Area Will Be Built Up. 90-Minute Fire-Resistant Doors Will Be Installed At The Entrance To The Archive And At Each Storage Room Within It. Automatic Fume Extraction Of Storage Rooms Will Be Ensured, On Free Opening Surface Totaling At Least 1% Of The Room Surface, According To Art. 2.3.46). Smoke Extraction Will Be Ensured Through Windows With Idsai Controlled Opening. The Floor Surface Will Be Redone, Pvc Flooring Will Be Installed. On The Ground Floor, In The Access Area From The South Building, Office No. 40 Is Being Renovated For The Needs Of The Local Police. A Storage Room For Current Materials Will Be Separated From Office 128B On The First Floor. The Compartmentation Will Be Done With A Light Structure Wall, Ei 3 Minutes And The Room Will Be Closed With A Solid Wooden Door. The E 131A Warehouse Will Be Transformed Into An Office. A Dishwasher Will Be Installed On The Common Wall With The Neighboring Sanitary Group And The Electrical Installations Will Be Modified In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Install Some Electrical Appliances. There Will Be No Cooking / Heating With An Open Flame In This Office. Site Order From 28.11.2025 – To Extend The Operating Life, It Is Recommended To Carry Out Repairs To The Interior Doors.
