(*) It Is Established That The Quantities Of Products And/Or Services Have A Variable Flow, Which Means That The Hospital Does Not Undertakes To Acquire Specific Quantities Periodically, It Will Be According To The Hospitals Requirements, So In No Case Will Minimum Purchase Stock Be Set, Nor Totals, So The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Unable To Indicate Minimum Quantities For Dispatch. Likewise, It Is Noted That This Bidding Process Will Be Carried Out Per Awarded Item, So Each Supplier May Bid For The Item(S) Including All The Corresponding Sub-Items, So A Bid For Incomplete Item Must Be Considered Technically Inadmissible. An Exception May Only Be Made In The Case That None Of The Offers Present A Complete Item, Allowing The Offerer With The Greatest Quantity To Be Evaluated Of Items Addressed, And That, At The Same Time, Are Technically Admissible.
