As A Result Of The Flood Event On July 14, 2021, The City Of Bad Münstereifel Has To Renew The Streets, Paths And Squares Within The Core City. For This Purpose, Excavated Material Was Collected And Temporarily Stored On The Grounds Of The Sports Field. The Soil Material Was Examined Chemically And Must Now Be Collected And Disposed Of According To The Report. This Project Is A Measure Funded By The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia And The Federal Republic Of Germany To Repair Damage To Public And Private Infrastructure As Well As For Reconstruction Due To The Heavy Rain And Flood Disaster In July 2021 (Funding Guidelines (Frl) Reconstruction North Rhine-Westphalia) Of May 27, 2025. Express Reference Is Made To The Applicable Funding Guidelines For Reconstruction.
