Birkenes Municipality Has Entered Into A Partnership With The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Svv) And Agder County Municipality On Upgrading The Bus Terminal Etc. On The Plot At Birkeland. Svv Is Formally The Building Owner (Bh) For The Initiative, But The Project Is Administered By Birkenes Municipality. The Upgrade Will Take Place In Several Stages, And This Total Contract Only Includes Building-Related Work (Concrete, Carpentry, Steel) For The Reading Shed With Associated Benches And Bicycle Parking (Stage 1) As Well As Progress Control And Construction Site Administration For The Electrical Contractor (Lillesand Elektro). The Builder Will Enter Into A Separate Contract/Undertaking For Foundation Work, So That The General Contractor Will Arrive At The Completed Site. This Document With Attachments Shows The Execution And Requirements To Be Followed In The Project, From Planning And Execution To Handover. The General Contractor (Te) Is Responsible For A Complete Delivery Based On All The Documentation Stated In The Tender Documents.
