The Municipality Wishes To Purchase Independent Medical Expertise To Assess The Need For Support In, Among Others, The Following Areas: Wmo 2015, Special Assistance, Disabled Parking Card, Civic Integration Act 2021. The Aim Of The Use Of Medical Advice Is To Correctly Determine The Right To The Requested (Customized) Facility Or Reimbursement. The Medical Advice Can Relate To Both The Physical And Mental Situation Of The Resident. The Municipality Intends To Have The Framework Agreement Take Effect On April 1, 2026. The Estimated Contract Value Of The Framework Agreement Is €860,000 Over The Entire Term, Including Extension Options. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From These Expectations.
