For Individual Positions No. 3÷15, Both Conditions Are Met For Each Of Them. The Total Estimated Value Of Individual Items No. 3÷15 Amounts To Bgn 24,069.06 Without Vat And Represents 5.29% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. Separate Items No. 3÷15, Being Smaller Than Bgn 50,000.00 Without Vat, Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20 Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Positions No. 3÷15 Are Assigned In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop - By Direct Award. Pursuant To Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Residual Value In The Amount Of Bgn 430,915.00 Excluding Vat Is The Estimated Value Of The Order For The Remaining Separate Items And Is Assigned In Accordance With Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act – Open Procedure. The Offers Are Opened, Evaluated And Considered In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act Through The Electronic Platform, And The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria.
