The Public Order Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Reagents And Consumables For The Needs Of The Clinical Laboratory And Laboratory Of Transfusion Hematology At Mbal Lozenets Ead, Described In Detail By Types And Quantities In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 And Appendix No. 1.1, An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Divides The Order Into 9 (Nine) Separate Items As Follows: Op 1 Rare Test Sera For Typing Blood Group Antigens Outside Of Abo And Rhesus Systems, From One Manufacturer. Op 2 Test Reagents For Monoclonal Igm, For Rapid Glass Agglutination Test From One Manufacturer Op 3 Test Reagents For Manual Work In Column-Hemagglutination Gel Technique, From One Manufacturer, Compatible With Specialized Equipment For Column-Agglutination Technique: Diamed Centrifuge 12 S Ii, Diamed Incubator 37 S I Or Equivalent Op 4 Test Reagents And Consumables For Automated Immunohematological Diagnostics, Compatible With Specialized Equipment Orthovision Analyzer Or Equivalent Op 5 Consumables For Collection, Transfer And Processing Of Venous And Peripheral Blood And Urine And Biopsy Materials Op 6 Atellica 1500 Urinalysis Reagents Op 7 Electrodes For Radiometer Abl 800 Op 8 Monoclonal Test Sera For Typing Antigens From The Abo System For Manual Plate Work Op 9 Reagents Of Human Origin For The Study Of Blood Group Agglutinins Of The Abo System For Manual Plate Work Each Individual Item Contains Independent Nomenclatures, Which Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Order Documentation. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Offer - The Participants Should Offer All The Products Included In The Specific Position For Which They Are Participating. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 For Supplies And Services, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Separate Items No. 8 And No. 9 Have An Estimated Value Of Up To Bgn 49,999.90 Without Vat Each, As Such They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop, With Their Total Estimated Value Of Bgn 31,097.70 / Eur 15,900.00 Without Vat, And Both Conditions Are Met For Them. In View Of The Above, The Contracting Authority Applies Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Separates Separate Positions No. 8 And No. 9, Which Will Be Assigned According To The Order Of Art. 20 Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. ​​​​​​​
