This Request For Quotations (The “Rfq”) Is An Invitation By The Town Of Qualicum Beach To Perspective Respondents To Submit Quotations For Eaglecrest Golf Course Reconfiguration Deliver The Course Modifications To Improve Golfer And Neighbour Safety, Course Playability, And Operational Resilience While Respecting Eaglecrest’S Existing Character And Reusing Existing Corridors Wherever Feasible To Minimize Import/Export And Speed Recovery. Works Include: Re‑Establishing Hole 3 As A Par 3 With Bunker Adjustments; Constructing A New Hole 8 (Long‑Term Par 4 With An Interim Par 3 Operation, If Required For Safety); Reshaping Hole 9; Adding New Tee Complexes On Holes 5, 7, 8, And 9; Irrigation Modifications To Suit The New And Re‑Established Holes; And An Aluminum Bridge Connecting Hole 4 To The Hole 5 Tees. Edge‑Of‑Course Safety Enhancements (Hedging, Fencing, Tree Planting, And Targeted Tree Removals) Mandatory Onsite Meeting A Mandatory On-Site Information Meeting Will Be Held On Thursday, January 8, 2026, At 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time At Eaglecrest Golf Course, Qualicum Beach, Bc (Clubhouse Entrance). Each Proponent Must Have At Least One Authorized Representative Attend In Person And Sign The Attendance Register By 10:00 A.M., Or Their Submission Will Be Rejected. The Town Will Maintain The Official Attendance Record, And No Proxies, Virtual Attendance, Or Alternative Visits Are Permitted Unless Authorized By Written Addendum. Questions May Be Asked At The Meeting, But Only Responses Provided By Written Addendum Will Be Binding. The Town May Change Or Reschedule The Meeting By Addendum, And Attendance Will Remain Mandatory.
