(If Applicable), Technical Execution Project - P.T.E., Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works, Technical Execution Project Updated On The Date Of Completion Of The Works - As Built, Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Water Management Authorization (If Applicable), Documentation For Approvals And Agreements And Execution Of Works For: Modernization Of Road Infrastructure Of County Road Dj 205 H Between The Localities Of Domneşti Târg - Domneşti Sat - Pufeşti- Ciorani – Călimaneşti – Pădureni - E85(Dn2), Vrancea County. The Duration Of Execution Is 24 Months The Duration Of Providing Design Services Is 3 Months Technical Assistance Services From The Designer Will Be Provided Throughout The Period Of Execution Of The Works. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Is 20 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Only Once To Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Bidders Will Expressly Undertake To Pay The Invoices Issued By Them Within A Maximum Of 15 Days From The Date Of Collection Of The Amounts By The Beneficiary From The Financier.
