It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Declaration Of Electronic International (Over The Limits) Tender For The Project Entitled: Development Of Digital Archive Services Of The Gii Of The Action With Id 16778 Digitization Of Archives And Related Services Mis: 5226516. The Physical Archive Of The General Secretariat Of Citizenship From The 1St Meeting Of The Council Of Citizenship In The Year 1931 Until Today Is Estimated At 85,000,000 Pages And Is Kept In Attica And In Its Regional Offices In The Rest Of Greece, As Well As In The Seats Of Former Prefectures. In Order To Preserve And Utilize The Historical Archive Of The General Secretariat Of Citizenship Since 1930 For Reasons Of Historical, Political And Scientific Research And In The Context Of The Promotion Of Electronic Government Through The Digital Transformation Of Its Services And Functions, It Is Necessary To Digitize, Document And Electronically Archive The Bodys Physical Archive In A Way So That It Is Accessible For Review, Study And Processing. At The Same Time, The Integration Of Gis Digital Services Is Based On The Digitization And Creation Of A Current Digital File That Is Expected To Facilitate The Provision Of Services And Upgrade Their Quality. The Object Of This Contract For The Project Development Of Digital Archive Services Of The Gsi Is: 1. The Design And Preparation Of Application Studies For The Digital Integration Of The Information Systems Of The General Secretariat Of Citizenship (Gsi) And The Management Of Its Physical And Digitized Archive. The Aim Is To Serve Ggi Executives And Citizens, To Support Research As Well As To Measure Anthropo-Geographical And Administrative Indicators Using Appropriate Statistical Tools. 2. The Creation Of A File Management System (Fms) That Will Support The Organization, Monitoring And Archiving Of The Material. The System Will Be Based On Ontological And/Or Parametric Schemes Of Categorization And Documentation Of Archival Material, According To International Standards. 3. The Interconnection Of The New Sda With The Existing Ops Of Acquisition Of Citizenship, So That The Digitized Files And Documents Can Be Accessed From It. After A Folder Is No Longer Useful, It Will Be Automatically Transferred To The Digital Archive. 4. The Digitization Of Up To 1,200,000 Pages Of The Physical Archive, With Quality Specifications, Based On The Relevant Studies. 5. The Documentation, Electronic Archiving And Thematic Organization Of The Material Using International Standards And Classic Parametric Management Tools, Without The Use Of Machine Learning Or Semantic Processing Technologies. Linking Of Physical And Digital Files And Graded Access Will Be Implemented According To Privacy Data. 6. The Training Of Ggi Staff In Two Axes: Technical Support Of The System And Training Of End Users, With Material Production And Use Of An Asynchronous Training Platform. 7. The Development Of A Statistics Subsystem For The Extraction Of File Utilization Indicators, The Quantitative Recording Of The Project And The Production Of Statistical Reports For The Public Administration.
