Sor Tender For Two Years (2025 - 2027) For Various Branding Jobs In Vijayawada Lubes Territory-1 Oil Painting for Mak Serve Garages along with BPCL Design White & Blue Paint (Asian, Nerolac, Berjer etc oil based enamel paint. Paint surface preparation 1 coat primer, 2 coats putti, 1 more coat primer coats paint) 2 Shop /Shutter/Garage painting at the selected site Two Coats with acrylic emulsion branded paints over a single coat of primer. Surface to be prepared for smooth coat before painting as per our approved artwork with one year guarantee on colour and quality of paint including all costs of commissioning at site. 3 Flex Banners including delivery to site Good quality of Pan flex/ han make flex banner with standard flex of 13oZ (450 gsm). Printing shall be of minimum 800DPI with minimum of four passes. Banner should be provided with strong PSV eyelid in 4 corners, if necessary in the middle also 4 Sun board / Foam boards along with installation 3M / Avery Vinyl pasted on 5 mm Foam Board with ECO Solvent Printing and lamination to be fixed on MPDs at Retail Outlets and Retailer/Mechanic Shops as per the artwork provided. Quote should include installation charges. 5 Retailer frontlit boards Non lit along with installation 3M/Star / Avery Flex or any high quality of 13oz frontlit (outdorr media) - 4 pass printing or(720 x 720 dpi) muunted onto 18 gauge 1 inch MS square with PU coating, painted for rust prevention. Installation should be of permanent nature with good quality of clamps and screws'. 6 Glow sign board along with installation 2MM branded polycarbonate digital printed back lit vinyl sheet with mutli color digital printing. 28 gauge GI sheet for box with philips or equivalent electrical fitting including installation & transportaion. 7 ACP Board (Front ACP Board) Frame Fabricated in 35mmx35mm sq CRC/MS sq pipe, cladded with BPCL Blue (Cyan 100 & Magenta 40) ACP (3 mm Altobond or Aludec or equivalent make matching blue colour specs as per our BPCL Logo) with 2.5"thick box type 3D BPCL & Mak Logo and Acrylic letters, to be printed with Latex/UV Print using3M/Avery/LG or equivalent Vinyl material as per approved design. "Mak & BPCL Logo" to be lit with LED Lights of Samsung/LG/GE equivalent make with minimum 5 years warantee. "Lubricants to be made from 3mm opaque black acrylic (Perspex, Mitsubhishi or equivalent). Shop Name, Car Design, Designer wavy band at the bottom should be vinyle cut. 8 ACP Board Branding with MS Frame ACP Branding with MS Frame clad with adhesive vinyl (of 3M, LG, Avery equivalent make ) cut and pasted on ACP Board, near shop entrance on both either side as per site requirement. The structure to be made on MS sq pipe frame (MS pipe specifications : 3/4" X 3/4" or 20 mm X 20 mm) covered ACP boards fixed securely on the frame as described above. 9 Acrylic Sandwitch Panels 3mmx2 Acrylic sandwitch with print in the middle, fixed with SS studs 10 Pylon (Monolith) 8' Height above ground level , 2" Square pipe(14Guage) powered coated pipe with 3mm ACP sheets with Latex/ Eco Solvent Vinyl printing with Six name plates double sided on pole with 6" gap between each plate. Length of each plate to be 18"long X8" wide. The Top box to be acrylic material will be of 32"X16" "MAK SERVE" branding backlit with LED lighting. Same has to be grounded and fixed in 3ft deep pit with concrete mix. As per artwork. 11 ROLL UP Standees Roll up Banner Standee : • Star flex or equivalent, • 340 GSM, • Size – 6 feet X 2 ½ feet. • Roll up standees with back aluminum rod., • With locking facility and cover bag to carry. • High quality plastic rotator and components with heavy duty SS spring. • With leg caps option. Retractable base stores. • Printing – Multi color machine based solvent printing with Ultra violet resistant ink as per design from BPCL from time to time . • Warranty – Printing should carry a warranty of at least 12 months out door stability. ONE UNIT CONTAINS: Luxury Roll up standee – 1No; Key – 2 Nos. & Carry Bag 12 ONE WAY VISION PERFORATED VINYL ALONG WITH INSTALLATION One way vision perforated Vinyl along with installation : Supply of high resolution 130gsm perforated one way vision vinyl on ecosolvent and fixing. Preferably 3M or Avery or equivalent. Including Installation Charges. Artwork as provided by BPCL from Time to Time. Min 3 Year warranty on the Vinyl as provided by the OEM, whichever is higher. 13 VINYL STICKERING supply/fixing of Vinyl Stickering: Latex / Eco Solvent Vinyl Digital printing on plain /smooth surfaces as per BPCL artworks/designs. Viny to be of ( (3M, Avery equivalent )). Min 3 Year warranty on the Vinyl or as provided by the OEM, whichever is higher. 14 POSTERS Multicolour print on A2 size adhesive sticker paper as per company specifications and delivery to the Depot (Single point) 15 PHAMPLETS Multicolour print on 90 GSM art paper A5 size. Design will be as per the company specifications. Minimum order of 5000 Nos and Delivery to a single point.
