Bids Are Invited For Annual Maintenance Of Horticulture And Afforestation Works In Township And Factory Areas.; 1 TOWNSHIP & FACTORY AREA:- "Maintenance of Lawns and Gardens of Township and Factory area which comprises of following activities: - (Min 4 operations of each activity per month) (1) Maintenance of lawn, by regular watering ,rolling, hoeing,- deweeding etc. as required or as per specifications , and disposal of rubbish outside the area with all necessary tools & tackls,hose pipe,lawn mower, electric cables etc. Complete. (2) Maintenance of flower shrubs in flower beds and other trees/shrubs by regular watering, hoeing- deweeding, trimming , pruning etc including uprooting of old/ dry plants and planting of seasonal flower plants etc. as required or as per specifications and disposal of rubbish outside the area. (3) Maintenance of indoor pot plants by regular watering, hoeing deweeding, trimming, rotation of plants in buildings etc as required orf as per specifications, and disposal of rubbish outside the area. (4) Maintenance of hedge by regular watering, hoeing, deweeding, shaping etc. as required or as per specifications, and disposal of rubbish outside the area." 1.1 C.M.D's RESI. AND ADJG. Building 2.5 Site Office and Area near main gate of factory 2.6 Central Canteen and Laboratory 2.7 Farmes Training Centre and area near Communication Building 2.8 Area around Electric Sub- station-C, near cooling Tower 2.9 CISF GROUND 3.0 G.M.'S RESIDENCE AREA :- "Maintenance of Kitchen garden of seasonal plantation preparation seed beds,etc by regular watering, hoeing- deweeding triming,and pruning,etc.(min. four operation per month) including uprooting of out going seasonal plants ,and sowing of seeds of seasonal flower plants / and as required, or as per specifications, and instructions of engr./ in charge and disposal of rubbish out side the area.(Seeds,sapplings,insecticides and pesticides shall be supplied by contractor) 4.0 DEVELOPMENT OF NURSERY:- "Development /Upkeep of nursery by regular watering, hoeing- deweeding and fertlizer application, propagation, sowing of seeds for new saplings,prickling of saplings in polythene bags, filling, mixing of earth and manure in polythene bags etc.with all labour, tools and tackles etc. complete.(The earth and manure,fertilizers, polythene bags, shall be supplied free of cost by the NFL.)(Seeds,sapplings,insecticides and pesticides shall be supplied by contractor) 5.0 AVENUE TREES/SHRUBS, FRUITS PLANTS IN ROAD SIDE BERMS,AND OTHER OPEN AREAS.:- "Maintenance of shrubs/trees along road side berms/other plantation in open areas by regular watering, hoeing, deweeding ,trimming, and pruning etc.as required, or as per specifications and disposal of rubbish outside the area. Min. One operation in each three months in each of the following areas:- 5.1 "All Road side berms in township, area opposite Vindhyachal club, and near C-type car garraage( south side of C-type ) Plantation area behind B-455to A-369, and west of ""A-type qtrs"", tinager plants of link road ( in road devider) up to infront of material gate, area on north of hostiles(east of hospital),area north of park on west of shoping centre, Approx.-4000 Nos. 5.2 "Avenue trees / shrubs,etc along road side berms and approaches on north side of D.M.plant , CPP areas.:- Maintenance of shrubs/trees along road side berms/other plantation in open areas by regular watering,howeing, deweeding ,trimming,and pruning etc. as required or as per specifications and disposal of rubbish outside the area. 6.0 "Preparation of compost manure including filling of garden waste,cow dung ,black cotton soil,in the available four pits size of 10x6x3 feets, behind shopping centre, including turning of the same materials, spraying of water to maintain the moisture of material in all 4 pits, removal of generated manure as per instructions of engineer in-charge. The rates shall be per operation in each three months. 7.0 Engaging tractor trolley with tools & tackles and ,fuel for disposal of garden waste generated from horticulture works including loading, unloading and disposal of the same in the approved dump yard in factory area. 8.0 Supply of Good quality Ceramic Pots,Plastic & Earthern Pots of Good Quality make of required shape and size as per directions of Engineer In Charge 8.1 Ceramic Pots 8.2 Plastic Pots 8.3 Earthern Pots
