Bids Are Invited For Providing Illumination On Harbour Wharf Road,Idk Of Mumbai Port Authority Total Quantity : 1961; SITC of Outside light fittings on Shed structure alongwith allied Electrical and Mechanical works. PART A Supply and delivery at site 3C x 2.5 mm² PVC/PVC, 1100 volts grade armoured, multistranded copper conductor cable. Installation / laying of Cable mentiond at Sr. No. 1 along with 12 SWG GI earth wire on the Shed structure/frame/ Periphery/ Outside wall of shed by using adequate No. of spacers/saddles/ L-clamps made out of GI material of suitable size including termination & connecting all the ends of cable(loop in & out) by using appropriate size copper crimping lugs and cable termination glands at looping box and earthing wire complete to the instructions. Outside light point to be terminated in a SMC type cable looping box (all weather & Water proof with IP 66 & above) with in-built brass terminals/4 way connectors(loop in & loop out) and 01 no. 6 Amp SPMCB to be fixed on Shed structure/ Periphery/ Outside wall of shed to the instructions. Supply and Delivery of LED flood light luminaire in die cast aluminum housing,250 W (each) with shroud, luminous efficacy of not less than120 lm/w. having IP 68, suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 cycle A.C. supply as per specifications. Supply and Delivery of LED flood light luminaire in die cast aluminum housing,125 W (each) with shroud, luminous efficacy of not less than120 lm/w. having IP 68, suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 cycle A.C. supply as per specifications. Installation testing & Commissioning of tripple LED flood light fitting(item sr.no. 4 & 5) on the G.I. Bracket (sr.no 8) along with mounting /fixing arrangement by using suitable size of GI clamps,screws & GI nut bolts etc. as per instructions,drawings & specifications. Supply and Installation of 3 core PVC/PVC flexible copper conductor cable of 2.5 sq. mm from the Junction/looping Box up to the luminaries including termination of the cable to both the ends, including the supply and installation of copper cable lugs & suitable glands etc. and to the instructions. Supply and Delivery of G.I.Bracket suitable for installation of three flood light fittings alongwith suitable size and length of GI down Pipe on outside MS structure of Shed 13B, Shed 13A & Shed 15 as per the specifications/ drawings with required GI clamps, nutbolts including cutting, welding for suitable fixing arrangement as per the site requirement and to the instructions. Installation of item sr. no. 8 with necessary GI clamps/GI Nut bolts and allied work of welding, brazing etc. including installation & commissioning as per drawing & specifications to the instructions. PART B Supply & delivery of Outside Lighting control panel made out of S.S. enclosure grade 304, 14 gauge, IP 66, internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through glands. The control panel must be of appropriate size to accommodate the following switch gears with interconnecting wiring between the switchgear by using PVC insulated PVC sheathed or sleeved copper conductor wires / busbar. The control panel shall be provided with necessary locking arrangement with Brass Padlock and wall mounting type on S. S. angle frame of suitable size & height and shall comprise of the following items with necessary clearances. 1) Switch Fuse Unit (40A)- 01 No, 2) Digital Astronomical Timer 24 Hrs - 01 No, 3) TP Contactor 40A with 230 V operating coil-01 No, 4) Energy Meter (Next Gen)- 01 No, 5) DPMCB 20 A -04 nos. 6) Manual/Timer selector switch 6A-01 No, 7) Connectors: 3 sets (3-Ph & N) out of which 1 set for 4Cx 10 mm² & 04 sets for Ph and N 3 C x 2.5 mm² cable, 8) Provision for Earthing connection to the control panel & 9) Door operated LED Panel light of 5 watts, 230 V. The Manufacturer shall submit a copy of test report for degree of ingress protection as per IEC 60529. Installation of the outside Light Control Panel at Sr No. 10 above on the wall of shed with suitable GI Frame and to the instructions. "Supply & delivery of PVC/ XLPE insulated armoured PVC sheathed cable of sizes 4C x 10 sq .mm. with copper conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade confirming to IS 1554/7098 (part –I) of 1998. " Laying & Installation of the armoured cable(item sr.no.12) with copper conductors,1100 volts grade on the even surfaced wall/beam/ceilings/MS structure by providing appropriate sizes of G.I. saddles and G.I. spacers or clamps as per Mb.P.A. Specifications.(From Main supply source at Switch room west side to Outside Lighting Control Panel installed on East side wall of shed 13 B & 13 A) & (From Main supply source at Switch room East side to Outside Lighting Control Panel installed on wall of shed 15). Supplying and making two (1 pair) ends of cable termination and connection with single compression type brass glands and copper lugs for 4 CX 10 sq. mm. of PVC/XLPE - A - PVC cables with copper conductor,1100 volts grade and to the instructions. Supply & Delivery of Sheet Steel TPN Switch Fuse Unit, 63Amps, 415V along with 63 Amps, 415V HRC fuses suitable for terminating both the end of PVC/XLPE armoured cables of size 4 C x 10 sq.mm, 1100 volts grade with copper conductor with necessary opening, earthing terminals. Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sheet Steel TPN Switch Fuse Unit, 63A on existing board at Main switch chamber along with interconnecting cable of 4 C x 10 sqmm. between Busbar & TPN SFU 63A at sr.no 15 above with allied work to the instructions. Earthing pit by auguring and installation of Copper Coated electrolytically bonded 250 micron MS Earth Rod of 17.2 mm dia. 3 mtr long Earth enhancement compound 50 Kg. connector for testing link complete with inspection chamber made out of brick masonry and cast iron inspection cover duly painted and marked. The resistance of earthing station shall be tested with calibrated Earth Resistance Tester and results recorded as required.
