Collection Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited Properties, Uninhabited Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), Divided Into: A) Municipal Waste Subject To Selective Collection: • Paper; • Metals; • Plastics; • Glass; • Multi-Material Packaging Waste; • Bio-Waste, B) Unsegregated Municipal Waste (Mixed); C) Waste Collected From The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok): • Paper; • Metals; • Plastics; • Glass; • Multi-Material Packaging Waste; • Bio-Waste; • Ash; • Expired Medicines And Chemicals; • Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes; • Used Batteries And Accumulators; • Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment; • Furniture And Other Bulky Waste; • Worn Tires; • Bulky Waste; • Construction And Demolition Waste; • Textile And Clothing Waste; • Other Hazardous Waste Separated From The Municipal Waste Stream. 2. Equipping The Property With Bags For Selective Waste Collection In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Radymno Commune, In The Number And Color Resulting From The Needs - The Cost Of The Bags Is Obliged To Be Included By The Contractor In The Offer Price. 3. Collecting Municipal Waste According To The Following Rules: A) Every Amount Of Municipal Waste Generated On A Given Residential Property Must Be Collected - Periodic Surpluses Of Mixed Municipal Waste Can Be Disposed Of By The Owners Of Residential Properties Without An Additional Fee In Black Bags Which They Provide On Their Own, B) An Amount Of Municipal Waste Must Be Collected From An Uninhabited Property Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, Which Does Not Exceed The Amount Declared By The Owner Of The Given Property. 3. Collection Of Waste From The Property, Such As: Bulky Waste, Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Used Tires, Textile And Clothing Waste, Used Batteries And Other Hazardous Waste Separated From The Municipal Waste Stream. 4. Collecting Renovation Waste At The Individual Request Of The Property Owner, After Obtaining A Written Declaration That It Was Generated As A Result Of Minor Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Carry Out Works To The Construction Authority, In A Container Provided By The Contractor. 5. Collecting Waste From Cemeteries And Other Public Utility Facilities, Also Outside The Applicable Schedule In The Event Of A Threat To The Life Or Health Of Residents And Before Important Holidays, E.G.
