Electricity – Supply Of Electricity. Electricity Supply For A Period Of Two Years. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is The Procurement Of Goods, That Is, The Supply Of Electricity To The Client As A Privileged Customer, In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics And Other Required Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Delivered Electricity Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. Energy From Renewable Sources Or Renewable Energy Is Energy From Renewable Non-Fossil Sources, For Example Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photovoltaic) And Geothermal Energy, Energy From The Environment, Tidal Energy And Other Ocean Energy, Hydropower, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From Waste Water Treatment Devices And Biogas (Article 3 Of The Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette 111/21 And 83/23). As Confirmation Of Fulfillment Of The Conditions Of Origin Of Electricity, The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged To Submit To The Customer A Certificate Of Origin Of Electricity In Accordance With The Methodology For Determining The Origin Of Electricity (Article 19, Nn No. 133/14 And 127/19). Source Of Energy, The Aforementioned Action Will Be Considered A Violation Of Contractual Obligations, On The Basis Of Which The Client Reserves The Right To Activate The Guarantee For The Orderly Fulfillment Of The Contract And To Undertake Further Activities In Accordance With Other Positive Regulations That Regulate The Area In Question.
