Transport Equipment And Auxiliary Products To Transportation – Public Tender Regarding Purchase Of Vans For Aarhus Light Rail. This Tender Includes A Contract For The Operational Leasing Of Five (5) Vans To The Ordering Party. The Vans Must Be Specially Built And Used By The Ordering Partys Track Technicians In Connection With The Performance Of Technical Tasks, Including The Transport Of Tools, Equipment And Materials In Connection With Operation, Maintenance And Service. It Is Expected That The Vans Will Have A Mixed Driving Pattern, As The Vans Must Be Used In Both Urban And Rural Areas. Each Van Will Basically Be Used By One Employee. However, Since The Drivers Have Varying Heights And Physiques, The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Vans Have Good And Ergonomically Appropriate Adjustment Options As Well As Satisfactory Viewing Conditions In All Relevant Adjustment Positions. Furthermore, The Users May Have Many Entrances And Exits During A Working Day, Which Is Why The Vans Must Have Good Entry And Exit Conditions That Accommodate All Users Regardless Of Size. The Client Also Focuses On The Vans Being Economical In Operation, Including With Regard To Energy Consumption, Service Costs And Range, So That They Support An Efficient And Sustainable Transport Solution. The Tendered Contract Includes A Monthly Lease Payment Incl. Equipment And Service Agreement, Which Runs Over A Period Of Five (5) Years. The Ordering Party May Not Have Derived Costs In Connection With The Leasing Agreement. The Leasing Service Must Be Specified As A Fixed Service Throughout The Leasing Period And Must Not Be Subject To Change Other Than As Mentioned In The Draft Contract, Section 2.6. The Ordering Party Refers To Contract Annex 1 – Specification Of Requirements And Sub-Annex 1.1 – Layout For Fitting Out A Van For A Further Description Of The Purchase.
