In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law No. 19,886, The Regulation And Its Modifications, The Provincial Hospital Of Ovalle Calls For Public Bidding From Companies Or Suppliers In The Sector, Natural Or Legal Persons, Chilean Or Foreign, As Well As Temporary Unions Of Suppliers, To Celebrate The “Concession Of Food Vending Machines”, For The Provincial Hospital Of Ovalle, For A Timely And Adequate Supply Of These Products And Thus Guarantee The Proper Functioning Of The Establishment. This Process Will Be Carried Out Through The Information System Of The Public Procurement And Contracting Directorate Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, As Established In Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations. The Administrative Bases And Their Technical Specifications Establish The Conditions That Will Govern This Tender And The Subsequent Contract That Is Concluded To Comply With This Objective.
