First: That The Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute, As A Self-Managed Network Establishment Since 2010, Is Part Of The Network Of Public Health Establishments And Has Established Itself As A National Reference Institution In Highly Complex Neurosurgical Pathologies, Which Requires Permanently Having Specialized Equipment And Supplies For The Care Of Outpatients And Hospitalized Patients; Second: That The High Complexity That Characterizes The Institute Of Neurosurgery Commits Us To Making Constant And Permanent Improvements, In Order To Provide Our Entire Community Of Beneficiary Patients The Possibility Of Accessing Timely Health Care Of The Highest Quality That The Public System Can Provide. Third: That The Doctor Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute Needs To Permanently Acquire Specific Implants And Supplies For Its Management, In Order To Be Able To Duly Comply And Satisfy The Requirements Of Our Community Of Beneficiary Patients, For Which, It Begins Its Administrative Process Of A Bankruptcy Nature By Calling For Bids For Said Supply; Fourth: That The Acquisition Of Implants And Specific Clinical Supplies Is Required For The Management Of The Institute Of Neurosurgery Dr. Alfonso Asenjo; For A Period Of 12 Months, In Order To Be Able To Duly Comply And Satisfy The Healthcare Demand That Has Been Legally Entrusted To The Establishment, For Which, It Begins Its Administrative Process Of A Bankruptcy Nature By Calling For Bids For Said Supply; Fifth: That After Reviewing The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Public Market Information System, The Absence Of Current Framework Contracts For The Supply Mentioned In The Preceding Fifth Considering Clause Has Been Verified; Sixth: That It Is Appropriate To Ensure Transparency In This Process And To Know The Supply Conditions Prevailing In The Market Under The Modality Of Public Bidding In The Public Purchasing And Contracting System Established In Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations; Seventh: That It Has Been Estimated, According To The Technical And Economic Analysis Carried Out By The Institute Prior To The Preparation Of These Bases, That The Total Amount Of The Contract Will Exceed The Sum Of 9,999 Utm, As The Total Expense Of The Contract; Eighth: That The Requirement Is Contemplated In The Annual Purchase Plan Of The Institute Of Neurosurgery; Ninth: That There Are Suppliers In The Market That Meet The Requirements And To Whom You Wish To Access, I Dictate The Following:
