4.3. The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Containers: 1) For Hazardous Waste, 2) For Packaging Waste, 3) For Bulky Waste, 4) For Used Tires, 5) For The Collection Of Renovation And Construction Waste, 6) For The Collection Of Ashes, 7) For The Collection Of Biodegradable Waste, 8) For The Collection Of Electrical And Electronic Waste E-Waste, 9) For Used Clothing. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 6 To Swz.4.4. Containers Must Be Brand New And Free From Physical And Legal Defects.4.5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk.4.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Have The Required Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Type Of Product.4.7.
