Part 1: Part 1: Improving Energy Efficiency - Private Primary School In Roztoki With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Existing Building Of The Non-Public Primary School In Roztoki Consists Of The Old And New Parts Of The School, A Patch And A Gymnasium. The Building Complex Is Built Using Traditional Brick Technology. The Floors Are Concrete, Not Insulated. The Roof Over The Old Part Has A Wooden Gable Structure And Is Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, And Over The New Part Of The School There Is A Flat Roof Covered With Roofing Felt, Not Insulated. The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete, Insulated With Mineral Wool. External Walls Made Of Brick, Not Insulated. Pvc And Wooden Window Joinery. Aluminum And Steel Door Joinery. In Accordance With The Energy Audit, The Applicant Planned The Following Modernization Improvements Aimed At Reducing The Demand For Heat As A Result Of Reducing Penetration Losses Through Building Partitions, Modernizing The Ventilation System, And The Domestic Hot Water Preparation System. As Part Of The Indicated Variant Of The Thermal Modernization Project, The Following Works Should Be Performed: - Insulation Of External Walls - Insulation Of Foundation Walls - Insulation Of The Ceiling And Internal Walls Of The Old Part Of The School With Thermal Insulation Material - Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Upper Part Of The School With Thermal Insulation Material - Replacement Of Some External Windows And Installation Of External Blinds, - Replacement Of External Doors With New Ones - Installation Of 3 Air Conditioners - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation Of Approx. 8.64 Kw (16 Pcs. X 540 W) With A 10 Kwh Energy Storage. - Installation Of A Lightning Protection System - Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures And Modernization Of Part Of The Electrical Installation, - Construction Of A Driveway And A Bathroom For Disabled People, - Delivery Of A Stair Climber. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified And Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Documentation And Energy Audit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4A To The Swz - Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications And Bills Of Quantities, Respectively.
