1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Postal And Courier Services For The Needs Of The Supreme Court, Consisting In The Collection, Transportation And Delivery In Domestic And Foreign Trade Of Items (Letter And Parcels) And Their Returns, As Well As The Service Of Collecting Parcels From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. 2) The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.3) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
