5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Demolition Of The Sports Hall At Ul. 1 Maja In Andrychów 5.2 The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 5.2.1 Preparatory Works. 5.2.2 Demolition Of The Building. 5.2.3 Preservation And Protection Of The Historic Mosaic Placed On The Northern And Southern Walls Of The Hall Building. 5.2.4 Dismantling And Securing All Connections To The Hall Building. 5.2.5 Landscaping. 5.2.6 Other Works And Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including: - Marking And Securing The Taken Over Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works, - Organization Of The Facilities, Including Access Roads To The Construction Site, - Organization Of Access Roads To The Property During The Works, - Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of Each Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, - Current Removal Of Unusable Materials From The Construction Site, - Performance Of Repair Works Of Technical Infrastructure, The Technical Condition Of Which Has Deteriorated As A Result Of The Works, Including Reconstruction Works. 5.3 A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Demolition Project Attached To The Swz And Decision No. 104/2025 Of April 10, 2025 Ordering The Demolition Of The Facility Issued By The Starosta Of Wadowice And The Resolution Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of March 26, 2025. 5.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract. 5.5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Technical Knowledge, Specified, Among Others, The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, While Maintaining Due Diligence, Proper Work Organization And Health And Safety Rules. 5.6 If Explicit Names Of Patents, Trademarks, Materials, Products Or Devices Indicating The Manufacturer And Specific Catalog Types Appear In The Tender Materials - All Such Names Should Always Be Read With The Clause Or Equivalent With The Same Or No Worse Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters. If Specific Types Of Materials, Products And Devices Are Provided In The Above-Mentioned Documents, This Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Indication Of The Minimum Quality Level (Standard). The Use Of Equivalent Materials Is Conditional On Obtaining Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Authenticating These Materials In Order To Prove That The Offered Quality Parameters And Functional Features Are Equivalent Or Better Than Those Submitted In The Documentation. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Prove That The Materials, Items Or Goods Used Have Parameters Equal To Or Better Than The Materials, Items Or Goods Referred To In
