1. Deliveries Of Various Foodstuffs, Spices, Herbs And Powdered Soups To The Police School In Katowice.2. A Full List Of The Assortment That Is The Subject Of Deliveries And The Approximate Quantity Of Ordered Products Is Provided In The Assortment, Quantity And Value Specification Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. Failure To Complete Column No. 3 Above. Specification (Annex 1A) Or Proposing Products That Are Inconsistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Will Be Tantamount To Rejecting The Contractors Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.4. The Given Quantities Are Estimates And Do Not Oblige The Ordering Party To Purchase Products In These Quantities.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order With A Value Of Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Remuneration. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims For Failure To Complete Part Of The Order.6. Delivery, Unloading And Carrying The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense, Included In The Price Of The Products Covered By The Public Procurement Contract.7. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made By The Contractors Means Of Transport Approved For The Transport Of Food.8. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Specified Requirements, The Ordering Party Requests The Contractor To Submit Product Cards Or Other Documents With The Offer, Which Will Indicate Their Composition And Fulfillment Of The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Product, Quantity And Value Specification, Which Is: 1) For Part 1 - Annex No. 1A To The Swz - In Items: 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 25, 26, 27, 31, 33, 41, 42, 43, 48.9. Persons Performing The Delivery Must Have A Current Medical Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes, Which They Present At The Request Of The Ordering Party.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Certificate Of Entry In The Register Of Establishments Subject To Official Control Of The Competent Authorities - In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) Or A Current Administrative Decision On Entry In The Register Of Establishments Or On Approval Of The Establishment Issued By The District Veterinarian Together With The Assigned Identification Number In Accordance With Art. 21 Section 4 Of The Act Of December 16, 2005 On Products Of Animal Origin (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 872, As Amended). The Contractor Must Be Subject To Constant Supervision By The Competent Authorities.11. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food.
