1. The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of The Rechot Educational Footbridge - Renovation Of A Fragment Of The Educational Path. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Chapter Ii And Is An Annex To The Specification Of Terms Of The Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz Or Specification). 3. Pursuant To Article 95(1) Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor And/Or Subcontractor And/Or Further Subcontractor Of All Persons Performing The Activities. Listed In Section 4, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Section 4, Hereinafter Referred To As Employees, For The Duration Of The Contract, Under Pain Of Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. 4. Orders: 1) Earthworks, Cleaning Works - Cleaning The Area, Preparing The Area, Other Activities Of Manual Workers, 2) Operators Of Machines And Devices (Operation Of Equipment, Machines And Devices), Covering The Entire Scope Of The Order Specified In The Swz, Technical Documentation And This Agreement, Performing Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order Indicated In The Swz, Technical Documentation And The Agreement - The Performance Of Which Includes The Features Of An Employment Relationship Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code Requires The Contractor To Submit A Declaration That The Persons Assigned To Perform The Order, Referred To In Section 3, Are Employed Under An Employment Contract.
