The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Basic Requirements For Constructions According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Zut, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Zut And Preparation Of A Complex Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment Project For The Object Described In The Technical Specification; Conformity Assessment By Part Constructive Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut (When Applicable); Exercise Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Zut, Including Control Of The Plans For Temporary Organization Of Traffic In Accordance With Bulgarian Legislation, Approval Of The Materials Placed On The Site, Carrying Out A Documentary And Physical Inspection Of The Construction Process; Safety And Health Coordinator For The Design Phase And For The Construction Phase; Carrying Out Control Regarding: Completeness And Correct Preparation And Signing Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; The Preparation Of Executive Documentation; Of The Cadastral Recording Of The Executed Object; Responsible For The Correct Keeping Of The Construction Order Book; Carrying Out All The Necessary Activities For The Purpose Of Acceptance Of The Site - Review Of All The Required Documentation, Review Of The Implementation Of The Construction, The Condition Of The Construction Site And The Surrounding Space, Scheduling A Meeting To Sign The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction With Appendix No. 15 Of Regulation No. 3/2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Preparation Of The Documentation For Issuing A Use Permit According To Ordinance No. 2/2003.
