The Selected Contractor Should Fulfill The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement. Food And Beverages Included In The List Of Organic Food Products Must Have Been Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 Regarding Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council And Its Implementing Acts. List Of Organic Food Products, By Groups: - Milk, Milk Products; - Meat And Meat Products; - Fish And Fish Products; - Oils And Fats; - Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods; - Pulses; - Vegetables - Raw, Canned, Frozen, Dried, Fermented, Vegetable Juices; - Fruits - Fresh, Frozen, Dried, Canned, In The Form Of Nectars And Fruit Juices, Jams, Marmalades, Jellies And Compotes; - Sugar, Sugar And Chocolate Products, Honey; - Nuts And Oilseeds. The Contracting Authority Shall Apply This Requirement To Food And Beverage Supplies As Follows: In 2026 For Not Less Than 4% (In 2027 For Not Less Than 5%) Of The Total Amount Of Food And Beverage Supplies From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products;
