The Procurement Includes Communication Services For Huddinge Municipality, Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter Ab, And Huge Bostäder Ab And Includes The Following Service Areas: -Mobile Telephony – Voice And Data Communication Via Mobile Network. - Fixed Telephony – Traditional And Ip-Based Telephony. - Switching And Support Services – Including Call Handling, Voicemail, Call Forwarding And Ivr. - Appointment Service – Telephone-Based Scheduling And Booking System. - Fax Service – Digital Fax Solution With Secure Transmission. - Contact Center – Including Operator Function, Queue Management And Call Distribution. - Fixed Terminals And Hardware – For Example Telephones, Headsets And Exchange Units. - Support And Maintenance – Technical Support, Troubleshooting And Lifecycle Management.
