Construction Work – Variscourt Epc Bess Consultation (Engineering, Equipment Procurement, Construction, Commissioning And O&M). The Scope Of The Epc For The Variscourt Battery Energy Storage System (Bess) Project Includes Engineering, Procurement Of All Equipment, Construction And Operation And Maintenance (O&M). Battery Capacity Approximately 95Mwh / Battery Power Approximately 47.5Mw / Technology: Lfp (Lithium-Iron-Phosphate) Estimated Cod: Q1/2028 The Epc Must Respond To The Engineering Scope, Where It Must Produce Detailed Execution Plans For All The Components Of The Power Plant. It Must Meet The Scope Of Work Which Will Include The Total Or Partial Preparation Of The Site, The Supply And Installation Of Control And Command Equipment And, Where Applicable, Dc During The Implementation Phase, While Ensuring The Management Of The Supply Chain, Their Installation On Site And Their Connection. The Epc Must Meet The O&M Scope. The Operation And Maintenance Of The Site Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of An Estimated Duration Of 20 Years During Which The Customer Can Decide To Terminate The Contract For Convenience And Without Charge. The Service Provider Must Take Into Account All The Technical Characteristics Of The Project Linked To The Implementation Phase. During The Duration Of This Contract, The Service Provider Will Receive An Annual Fixed Remuneration Based On Its Price Offer Which Will Include: Operation, Supervision And Security Of The Site; Preventive Maintenance Of Ac, Dc Equipment; Corrective Maintenance Of Ac, Dc Equipment; Management Of Guarantees And Regulatory Controls; Relationship With Edf Power Solutions And The Network Manager; Maintaining Battery Performance: Availability, Soh, Rte, Auxiliary Consumption Edf Power Solutions Will Reserve The Option To Withdraw The Services Linked To Dc And/Or Ac Equipment In Construction And/Or O&M At The Time Of The Consultation.
