The Procurement Includes The Pipeline Works Of The Itä-Hakkila School, Basic Improvement And New Part Project In Accordance With The Contract Calculation Documents. The Work Is Done According To The Plans Drawn Up By The Customer. The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor. The Customer Acquires The Following Subcontracts To The Main Contract: Plumbing, Ventilation, Electrical And Building Automation Contracts. The Construction Contractor Also Acts As The Main Implementer Of The Object During The Contract Period And As The Contractor Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. The Contract Tender Is Carried Out Using An Open Procedure. In The Request For Tenders, The Customer Has Specified The Eligibility/Suitability Conditions Required Of The Tenderer. The Contractor Who Gave The Cheapest (Comparison Price) Offer And Meets The Eligibility Criteria Will Be Selected As The Pipe Contractor.
