The City Of Riihimäki (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit Or The Client) Requests Your Offer For The City Of Riihimäkis Ict Basic Information Technology Services In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Subject Of The Procurement Are The Following Sets Of Basic Information Technology Services: 1) User Support Services, The Services Contained In Which Are Necessary For Solving It Problems Of People Using The Information Technology Environment, Advising On Use And Supporting Work; 2) Terminal Equipment Life Cycle Services, Which Includes A Comprehensive Set Of Services To Ensure The Efficient, Safe And Cost-Effective Use Of Workstations And Mobile Devices And Their Accessories Throughout Their Entire Life Cycle. The Whole Also Includes The Sale Of The Aforementioned Devices; 3) Usage And Capacity Services, The Services Contained In Which Are Central To The Capacity Needed By The Server Infrastructure And The Supporting Telecommunications Infrastructure And Which Ensure The Efficient And Reliable Operation And Management Of Servers And Supporting Telecommunications Equipment; 4) Cloud Services, The Services Contained In Which Provide Centralized Management And Monitoring Of Public Cloud Services For Cloud-Based Resources And Services; 5) Expert Services, Includes Services Related To Specialized Professional Expert Work And Consulting That Support It Infrastructure, Information Systems, Information Security And Operational Planning, Optimization, Development, Expansion And Renewal; And 6) Service Management, Which Includes Services Related To The Management And Development Of The Acquired Service Package And Services Related To It Processes. The Object Of The Procurement And The Terms Of The Contract Are Described In More Detail In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender. Bidding Is Carried Out Using An Open Procedure, On The Basis Of Which One (1) Contract Supplier Is Selected. The Bidder With The Most Points Is Selected As The Contract Supplier. In The Event Of A Tie, The Winner Of The Procurement Will Be Decided As Described In Appendix 1 (Instructions And Comparison Criteria).
