Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Construction Of 4 Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Underground Garages Along With Land Development As Part Of The Creation Of The Poligon Housing Estate In Mińsk Mazowiecki. 1. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Four Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Underground Garages Along With Land Development On Plots With Registration Numbers 2417/92, 2417/93, 2417/94 Located In Mińsk Mazowiecki, Described In Design And Technical Documentation And Stwiorb, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Generally Applicable Legal Provisions In The Republic Of Poland. In Force, Within The Period Specified In The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Works Or Construction Works. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Leading To The Effective Construction Of Four Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Underground Garages And Land Development Based On The Design Documentation, Together With The Preparation Of All Necessary Documents And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit; 2) Execution Of All Connections And Networks Necessary To Supply The Buildings With Available Utilities, Including Obtaining All Administrative Arrangements And Decisions In This Regard, In Particular Notification Of Works In This Regard, - Before The Buildings In Question Are Put Into Use, Connections For The Sanitary Sewage System, Water Supply System And Rainwater Sewage System Should Be Made, Together With The Construction Of Retention Tanks; 3) Reconstruction Of Drainage Ditches In Accordance With The Water Law Decision, Reconstruction Of A Water Facility, I.E. A Section Of The Ditch Consisting In Including It In A Pipeline, Liquidation Of A Water Facility, I.E. Sections Of A Ditch, Construction Of A Water Facility, I.E. A Rainwater Sewage Outlet To A Ditch, Construction Of A Drainage System To A Water Facility - A Ditch Included In A Pipeline - Rainwater Or Meltwater From The Roofs Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Hardened Surfaces And Biological Areas Active; 4) Area Lighting (Low, High, Oblong Led, Street Lighting); 5) Performing Two Finger Games; 6) Delivery And Assembly Of A Container Intended For An Office For The Contract Engineer, Equipped With A Sanitary Facility (Toilet, Washbasin / Sink), Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical Installation, Furniture (Desk, Table For At Least 12 People With Foldable Chairs) And Connected To Water, Electricity And Sanitary Sewage Connections; 7) Carrying Out A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory, And Any Objects Or Elements Of Buildings That Are Covered And Require A Geodetic Inventory Are Subject To An Inventory Before They Are Covered; 8) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 9) Energy Performance Of Each Building And Premises; 10) Development Of The Safety And Health Protection Plan For The Investment; 11) Development Of The Fire Safety Instruction (Ibp) And Equipping The Facility With Fire-Fighting Devices And Fire Extinguishers Indicated In The Prepared Instruction. The Instructions Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Before The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order; 12) Land Development, Including The Construction Of Parking Spaces And Roads
