Support Services For Land Transport – Operation Of The Reservation Center For Transport On Demand (Tàd) At Ile-De-Mobilités. In Accordance With Deliberation No. 2017/123 Of The Board Of Directors Of Île-De-France Mobi-Lités Of March 22, 2017, The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Establishment, Operation Of A Service Center And The Integration Of Tad Networks For On-Demand Transport In Île-De-France As Described In The 6 Missions Below. - Mission 1: Resumption Of Existing Tàd Services, Implementation Of A Tàd Reservation Solution And Integration Into The Maas Île-De-France Mobilités (Prim) Platform; - Mission 2: Integration Of New Certified Tàd Services Or Significant Modifications To Existing Services; - Mission 3: Operation Of The Service Center On The Perimeter Of Labeled Tàd And Integrated Into The Service Center; - Mission 4: Setting Up And Managing A Call Center And An Interactive Voice Server; - Mission 5: Tàd Programming Advice And Studies - Mission 6: Support For Performance Management And Quality Of Service. The Objectives As Well As The Conditions For Carrying Out The Expected Services Are Specified In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp).
