Electricity Supplies – High Voltage Power Supplies For Rf Source (Gyrotron) For The Compass Upgrade Tokamak. The Purpose And Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Development, Production (Including Purchase Of Materials), Testing And Delivery Of High Voltage Power Supplies For The Rf Source (Gyrotron) For The Ecrh (Hereinafter Referred To As Hv Ps) For The Compass-U Tokamak Experimental Device For Basic Research. It Also Includes The Suppliers Obligation To Deliver The Hv Ps Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract And To Transfer The Ownership Right To The Hv Ps To The Client. Hv Ps Must Fully Comply With The Requirements And Specifications Set Forth In The Contract, Including, But Not Limited To, The Identification Of Goods, Quantities, And Technical Parameters Set Forth In The Technical Specification And Schedule Of Deliveries And Payments. The Same Applies To The Other Items (I.E. Item No. 2 - Hv Coaxial Cables, Item No. 3 - Triaxial Hv Cables And Item No. 4 - Cathode Heater Power Supply) Listed In The Schedule Of Supplies And Payments Attached To The Contract As Attachment No. 3, If Ordered By The Employer Pursuant To Clause 3 Of The Contract. Item No. 1 (Hv Ps) Represents Mandatory Basic Performance And Will Be Ordered By The Contracting Authority According To Appendix No. 3. The Ordering Of Items No. 2, 3 And 4 Is At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority, Based On The Framework Agreement According To Article 3 Of The Contract. The Supply Of Hvps And Other Items Also Includes The Necessary Research And Development Activities And Possibly A Free License To Use The Entire Supply For The Needs Of The Project, Including Its Subsequent Phases. Details Regarding Performance Are Given In The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1), In The Binding Contract Proposal (Annex No. 2) And The Schedule Of Deliveries And Payments (Annex No. 3).
