Industrial Machinery – Rental Of An Automated Conveyor Solution For Roller Containers In A Production Environment Using Autonomous Robots. The Subject Of The Consultation Is The Rental Of A Fleet Of Robots To Convey Containers On Wheels From An Area To Loading Doors In A Production Environment And In Cohabitation With Handling Equipment (Pallet Trucks And Tractors) And Pedestrians. The Solution Will Be Installed In One Or More Industrial Sites In Mainland France. The First Site Concerned Is Under Construction And Is Located Near Nancy, With A Production Area Of ​​266 X 66 M. The Activity Of This Site Consists Of Automated Sorting Of Packages From Arrival Gates To Departure Gates. Some Of The Packages Cannot Be Sorted Mechanically And Are Therefore Placed In Containers On Wheels. The Expected Service Consists Of Entrusting An Autonomous Solution With The Conveyance Of These Containers From The Manual Processing Site To The Departure Gates Using Traffic Lanes Shared With Driven Vehicles And Pedestrians. These Autonomous Robots Must Comply With All The Standards In Force In The European Union For This Type Of Equipment, And In Particular With The Nf En Iso3691-4 Standard. The Rental Of Robots Includes Their Maintenance During The Operating Period And All After-Sales Services: Spare Parts, Telephone Reception, Remote Support And Diagnosis, On-Site Interventions. The Number Of Missions To Be Processed Is Estimated At Several Hundred Per Day Over An Average Distance (Average One Way Of 120 M) And A Duration Of Use Of 15 Hours Per Day, 6 Days A Week. The Launch Of The Missions Is Triggered Automatically By The Robot As Soon As It Detects The Presence Of The Container In The Departure Zone. The Wheeled Containers That Will Be Used Have Dimensions (L X W X H) Of 1200 X 800 X 1600 Mm For A Maximum Load Weight Of 200 Kg. They Can Be Towed Or Carried. In Addition To The Aforementioned Services, Upon Request From La Poste, The Service Provider May Provide The Following Optional Services: - The Provision Of A Human-Machine Interface (Hmi) Allowing The Configuration And Manual Triggering Of Certain Missions. - Collection Of Empty Containers From The Arrival Platforms To The Departure Platforms. The Processing Of Personal Data By La Poste, Including Hosting, Storage And/Or Consultation, Must Be Located Within The European Union (Eu), A Country In The European Economic Area (Eea), Or A Country Recognized As Adequate By The European Union. The Proposed Solution Will Be Tested In The Factory During The Consultation. The Number Of Beneficiaries Envisaged Is: 1 The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At 30 Robots Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Renewal Periods Included.
