The Assignment Includes 2 Items: Item 1 – Basic Package – Technical Management Of Municipal Forests Management Support: Planning O Determining The Initial Situation Of The Municipal Forests By Means Of Site Inventories; O Formulation And Communication Of Management Advice: Necessary Measures + Planning Of The Works + Subsidy Options Per Intervention/File; O Consideration Of Ecological Measures In Relation To Economic Possibilities (Cost-Benefit Analysis At Least 20 Years); O Organizing Physical Consultations And Joint Site Visits (Min. 1 Half Day Every 2 Months); O Following Up On The Nature Management Plan (Nbp) And/Or Application For Permits (Measures Provided For In Nbp, Possibly Application For Amendment Of Nbp Or Application For Felling Permit); O Apply For Subsidies (Via Anb E-Counter); O Support In Drawing Up Specifications Or Competitions For Forest And Nature Management Works; O Supporting Communication During Management Works Or Forest Exploitation: Providing Texts For The Municipal Information Sheet, Information Walk Or Information Board... Forest Exploitation O Determining General And Special Conditions + Organizing Timber Sales (Proceeds Benefit The Municipal Council); O Support With Financial Settlement; O Making Agreements With Operators About Implementation; O Monitoring Of Operations + Any Adjustments During Works + Assessment And Delivery. Management Support: Follow-Up Of Works Contracted By The Client: O Youth Care Of The Plantations: Purification, Release, Reduction, Etc. O Management Of Open Spaces Possible Preparation Of A Subsidy Application, Preparation + Follow-Up Of The Planting Works, Annual Proposal For Purification, Exemption, Reduction) Of New Forest And Clumps In Connection With Forest Conversion. Actions Linked To Fsc Certification: Providing Information To Internal Auditor Anb And External Auditor O Preparation And Supervision Of Internal/External Audits; O Any Adjustments Based On Comments During The Audits. Management Monitoring: O Registering The Management Carried Out Incl. 6-Yearly Evaluation/Monitoring Of Nature Management Plans And Fsc Certificate (If Applicable) (And Possibly Fsc) (Dipla) O Annual Accountability For Service Costs In Order To Properly Carry Out The Above Assignments, The Client Expects The Tenderer To Be Present On Site At Least 1/2 Day Per Week. The Tenderer Keeps A Log Of His Performance In This Regard. Post 2 – Links + Measuring + Cubicling Indicating + Measuring + Cubicling Of Trees To Be Felled, Clearing Slopes, Plot Boundaries This Depends On The Area To Be Managed – May Differ Annually – Average Turnover Time 6-8 Years.
