Future Heat Generation Must Be Carried Out Using Non-Fossil Energy Sources Such As Biomass (Wood Chips, Pellets), Ambient Or Waste Heat, As Well As Using Solar Radiation Energy. Fossil Fuels May Only Be Used During Absolute Peak Load Times And For Redundancy Purposes. The Goals Of Net Greenhouse Gas Neutrality Planned In The Climate Protection Law Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg By 2040 Must Be Met. The Winning Bidder Is Responsible For Obtaining Funding And Applying For It. An Integral Part Of The Heat Supply Is The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures. The Aim Is To Permanently Reduce Energy Consumption And Increase The Energy Efficiency Of The Two Properties. Reference Is Also Made To The Tender Documents.
