Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Construction Modifications And Additions To The Sports And Relaxation Center In Prachatice. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is Services And Construction Work Consisting Of Building Modifications And Extensions Of The Sports And Relaxation Center In Prachatice Using The Design & Build Method. The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standards Of The International Federation Of Consulting Engineers (Hereinafter Referred To As Fidic) Contractual Conditions For The Supply Of Technological Equipment And The Design And Construction Of Electrical And Mechanical-Technological Works And Land And Engineering Structures Designed By The Contractor (Hereinafter Referred To As The Fidic Yellow Book). As Part Of The Performance Of This Public Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Ensure: A) The Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Change Of The Building Before Completion, B) The Provision Of Engineering Activities In Connection With The Change Of The Building Before Completion, C) The Development Of Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction (Or Other Necessary Stages Of Documentation) - Modifications And Extensions Of The Sports And Relaxation Center In Prachatice, D) Own Implementation Of Construction Works And Technological Supplies, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Interior Elements, All Within The Scope Specified In The Tender Documentation, E) Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Building According To The Requirements Of The Building Act, F) Drawing Up Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of The Building, G) Providing The Necessary Documents And Opinions Of The Relevant State Administration Bodies, Submitting An Application For Approval Of All Parts Of The Building, In Cooperation With The Construction Manager, Providing Cooperation During The Approval Procedure And Ensuring Approval Of Building Modifications And Additions To The Sports And Relaxation Center In Prachatice.
