The Object Of The Procurement Is The Vehicles To Be Purchased For The Use Of The Real Estate Management Services Of The Group Company Mestaritoiminta Oy, Owned By The City Of Järvenpää, With A Leasing Solution. The Estimate Of The Number Of Vehicles To Be Purchased Is 18. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Ensure The High Quality, Safety And Operational Reliability Of The Vehicles Throughout The Contract Period. The Master Operation Produces Real Estate Maintenance Services For The Properties Of The City Of Järvenpää And The Järvenpää Masters Apartments. The Vehicles Are Purchased For The Daily Use Of Property Managers And Maintenance Workers. Vehicles Transport Tools And Construction Materials. Driving With Vehicles Takes Place Mainly In The Järvenpää City Area, And The Driving Distances Are Quite Short. The Characteristics Required Of The Vehicles Are Described In Appendix 1, Service Description. The Vehicles Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Tender Documents For The Customers Use On A Turnkey Basis, Including All The Features And Services Described In The Tender Documents. The Tenderer Is Required That The Vehicles Meet The Technical Requirements And The Level Of Equipment Specified In The Tender Request. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Six (6) Years, During Which Notice Periods According To The Draft Contract Are Observed. The Agreement Is Scheduled To Enter Into Force On March 1, 2026. The Purchasing Unit Considers It The Most Reasonable Solution From An Overall Economic Point Of View To Enter Into A Six (6) Year Contract For Car Leasing. It Is Not Profitable To Change Cars Every Four (4) Years, Because When They Are Put Into Service, A Lot Of Technology And Tools Are Installed In Them To Enable Maintenance Operations. In Order To Repay The Installations, The Procurement Unit Makes Six (6) Year Leasing Contracts For The Cars. If, At The End Of The Contract Period, The Delivery Of The Vehicles That Are The Subject Of The New Bidding Contract Is Delayed, The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of This Contract For A Maximum Of 12 Months, Exclusively For That Part And For Those Vehicles For Which The Delay Has Occurred. The Number Of Selected Suppliers Is One. A Contract Is Drawn Up With The Selected Supplier. Conditions For Submitting An Offer: - The Offeror Meets The Eligibility And Suitability Requirements Set By The Customer. - The Tenderer Must Demonstrate Experience In Similar Deliveries In The Form Of References. - The Tenderer Has At His Disposal Sufficiently Qualified Key Personnel And Organization To Carry Out The Procurement. - The Tenderer Attaches The Attachments Specified In The Request For Tender To His Offer. - The Tenderer Calculates The Prices According To The Request For Tender And Its Attached Documents And Submits The Tender In Accordance With The Customers Instructions. The Tenderer Is Required To Interpret The Documents As An Expert In Vehicle Procurement.
