The Bodenseekreis District, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Client, Announces The Collection And Recycling Of Used Textiles For The Bodenseekreis District. The Services Are Awarded In One Lot. The Provision Of Services Begins On April 1, 2026. The Tendered Service Includes: • The Collection Of Used Textiles In Containers At Recycling Centers And Disposal Centers As Well As Decentralized Locations And • The Recycling Of The Collected Used Textiles. A Key Objective Of The Client Is To Comply With The Waste Hierarchy In Accordance With Section 6 Paragraph 1 Krwg, I.E. That All Services Must Be Provided In Such A Way That • The Largest Possible Proportion Of The Collected Used Textiles Is Prepared For Reuse (E.G. Second Hand Clothing), • Only Those Quantities That Are Not Suitable For Reuse Are To Be Recycled (E.G. Cleaning Rags, Nonwovens, Insulating Material, Raw Material In Paper Production, Etc.) And • Only Those Quantities That Are Not Suitable For Material Recycling Are To Be Sent For Other Recycling (Preferably High-Quality Energy Recycling) Or, At The Most, For Disposal (Especially For Contaminants).
