Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Offer Of An Agreement On Total Consultancy Regarding Cultural Center Bunkeren. The Client Was Established In 1991 As A Non-Profit Foundation And Is Run As An Independent Property Company That Invests In Buildings In The Aarhus Area. The Clients Purpose Is, Among Other Things, To Buy, Sell, Rent And Manage Real Estate And Operating Assets, Including Renting Premises And Operating Assets For Use By The Free Information Association (Fo-Aarhus) And Other Organisations, Circles Or Associations With Non-Profit Purposes And Related Business. In 2019, Ordregiver Acquired The Former Journalism College On Olof Palmes Allé With A View To Creating A Modern District And City Life Center. When Denmarks School Of Journalism Moved To A New Address On Katrinebjerg, It Became Possible To Rethink The Area And The Bunkers Role. Parts Of The Existing Building Were Demolished, And These Areas Were Set Aside For Housing, Which, Together With The Bunkeren, Form A New Neighborhood Formation With A Special Identity That Stems From The Bunkerens Architecture. The Existing Main Building, Which Is Part Of The New Local Plan For The Area, Was Acquired By The Ryesgade 7 Foundation With The Vision Of Turning It Into A Framework For Culture, Communities, Association Life And Activities In Aarhus North. However, The Building Was Built As A Journalism School, And Therefore Over A Long Period Of Time Work Has Been Carried Out On A Project Regarding The Transformation And Renovation Of The Building. Aart And Rambøll Were Associated With The Project By Fonden Ryesgade 7 And, Through An Involving Process, Have Overseen The Work Of Creating A Socially Inclusive District And City Life Center In The New District Of Margrethebjerg Through A Transformation Of The Former Journalist Colleges Iconic Building. The Nordea Foundation Has Supported And Financed The Preparations. Together, Aart And Rambøll Have Overseen The Preparation Of The Project Basis, Which Subsequently Formed The Foundation For The Allocated Support From The Nordea Foundation, Project Imperfect City And Aarhus Municipality, Which Makes It Possible To Carry Out The Overall Transformation Of The Bunkeren Into The Bunkeren Cultural Centre. The Prepared Project Basis Sets The Framework For The Further Processing, Final Design And Execution Of The Construction Works. The Project Amounts To A Total Value Of Approx. 131 Million Dkk Incl. Vat For Activities And Transformation, Of Which The Construction Costs Are Expected To Be In The Region Of Dkk 56 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat It Is Important That The Physical Transformation Is Developed In Strict Compliance With The Budgets Prepared For The Project And In Compliance With A Construction Framework Of Approx. 121 Million Dkk Incl Vat. With This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For Total Consultancy In Connection With The Renovation Of The Bunkeren - The Former Journalism College On Olof Palmes Allé In Aarhus Into A Modern Bvdels And Urban Life Center. Kulturhus Bunkeren The Requirements For The Service Are Described In The Service Description (Agreement Annex 1), While The Ordering Partys Terms Of Agreement Appear In The Draft Agreement.
